PEP Pioneers is a 6-month paid internship program designed to provide young talents with hands-on experience, meaningful projects, and valuable learning opportunities in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support invoice processing and verification to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
2. Assist in reviewing financial documents and supporting evidence for control and compliance activities.
3. Help conduct internal control testing and document findings.
4. Monitor and follow up on identified issues and support improvement initiatives.
5. Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documentation.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational and compliance processes.
7. Assist with other control and finance-related projects as assigned.
Requirements
1. Final-year university student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
5. Good communication and organizational skills.
6. Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
7. Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
8. Willing to work on-site fulltime
