To support our ongoing expansion, we are currently seeking a talented Accounting Associate to join our team.

What your impact will be:

• Deliver precise monthly and annual financial deliverables for diverse client portfolios in full alignment with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK).
• Oversee end-to-end ledger management, transaction integrity, and complex multi-entity bank reconciliations to maintain pristine financial records
• Collaborate with specialized tax practice groups to drive accurate tax computations and regulatory filings across client engagements
• Executive daily project management across competing priorities, ensuring rigorous quality control and strict adherence to client timelines
• Act as a primary operational interface for clients, streamling data collection, resolving complex accounting discrepancies, and facilitating cross-functional team alignment

What you bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with a strong academic background
• 1–2 years of proven experience in financial reporting or corporate accounting; prior advisory or multi-client consulting background is highly advantageous
• Solid command of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) alongside a working knowledge of local tax compliance framework
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (complex modeling and data analysis) and familiarity with enterprise accounting software such as Accurate or Jurnal.id
• Exceptional analytical acumen, acute attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to professional ethics and integrity
• Demonstrated capability to drive operational workflows, manage competing deliverables, and perform effectively in a high-growth advisory setting
