Accounting Associate (Contract Based)

Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve payment vouchers.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Conduct stock opname and inventory reconciliation.
• Assist in external audit and tax audit processes.
• Prepare financial statements and accounting reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Available for a 5-month project-based employment.
• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting and closing activities.
• Familiar with external audit and tax audit processes.
• Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (VAT/PPN & Withholding Tax/PPh).
• Available to join ASAP.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO).
