Ensure ongoing OJK reporting obligations are met accurately and on schedule, alongside other regulatory reporting requirements
Review and strengthen accounting policies, tax compliance procedures, and internal controls across entities to support scalable, audit-ready reporting
Lead and take full ownership of the accounting & tax function across all 13 local entities & 23 offshore entities: ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial and tax reporting
Directly supervise and develop the current team of 5 (2 Managers, 3 Staff), allocating workload between accounting and tax matters and ensuring neither is neglected
Drive and project-manage the audit process (including the 10 entities not yet regularly audited), coordinating with external auditors to meet the Kemenkumham requirement for entities with total assets above Rp50 billion
Lead team to prepare consolidated financial statements for the group structures (e.g. SNKR & AAS) and their respective subsidiaries, in preparation for planned bond issuances
Act as the main point of contact with external auditors, tax consultants/advisors, and regulators (Kemenkumham, OJK, tax office) on accounting and tax matters
Requirements
In-depth, current knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance obligations (corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax, etc.)
High integrity, ownership, and attention to detail; comfortable being held accountable for group-wide compliance
Resilient and able to perform well under pressure given the volume of entities and the number of concurrent regulatory deadlines
Hands-on experience leading entities through their first statutory audit or bringing previously unaudited entities into regular audit
Experience preparing or reviewing consolidated financial statements for multi-tier subsidiary structures
Exposure to debt capital market/bond issuance reporting requirements is a strong plus
Familiarity with OJK reporting requirements for issuers is an advantage
