Accounting and Tax Consultant

Responsibilities :

• Assist clients in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (PSAK).
• Support clients in month-end and year-end financial close, including reconciliations and adjustments.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize business performance.
• Conduct financial due diligence, risk assessment, and internal control evaluations for clients.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
• Ensure clients comply with local, state, and international tax regulations (Tax Treaty).
• Prepare and review tax returns, including corporate tax, VAT, WHT Unification, payroll tax /Employee Income Tax, and other statutory filing
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored accounting and tax solutions.
• Assist in business restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, and tax due diligence
• Build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional consulting services.

Requirements :

• Bachelor&aposs degree in accounting or finance required
• 2+ years experience as Accounting and Tax or related.
• Proficient in using accounting and tax software such as Jurnal.id, Accurate, Xero, Odoo, and other related platforms.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Having experience working in Consulting Company would be plus point
