AdminAccounting – Travel Company | Based in Gianyar, Bali
INDONATURE TRAVEL is a fast-growing B2B travel company focused on sustainable tourism across Indonesia. We collaborate with travel agencies from Spain, Portugal, and Latin America, and organize tailor-made trips throughout the archipelago.
To strengthen our finance team, we are currently hiring another Admin Accounting, to be specialized in Account Receivable, to join our Bali office (Gianyar).
Tasks.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and file monthly and annual tax reports (VAT, PPh, etc.) in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting
- Not required, but it can be a plus (higher salary conditions): Assist in financial audits and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Brevet A&B is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting and tax reporting in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of Applicable Indonesian Accounting & Tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
- Used to work with apps/system
- Responsible, honest person
