Accountant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Uluwatu, Bali. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining the studio's financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations. Responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable, reconciling statements, processing payroll, preparing tax filings, and identifying opportunities to optimize financial processes. The position requires close collaboration with different departments to support financial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as Accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting standards, and budget management
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Xero, Accurate, MYOB, QuickBooks, Excel)
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Prior experience in financial roles; experience in the wellness or retail industry is a plus
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations is advantageous
• Fluency in English is essential
