Accountant (BNPL)

Job Descriptions:

1. Analyze and maintain the accuracy of accounting records and financial reports.

2. Review account reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustments.

3. Support month-end and year-end closing, including financial statements and schedules.

4. Ensure compliance with internal policies, PSAK/IFRS, and regulatory requirements.

5. Liaise with external auditors and provide required documentation.

6. Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and reports for management.

7. Experience in the fintech or multifinance industry would be an advantage.

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit.
2. Strong understanding of accounting principles, including PSAK/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
3. Experience in preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
4. Proficient in preparing and reviewing financial statements and supporting schedules.
5. Familiarity with external audit processes and the ability to coordinate with auditors.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite) is an advantage.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
9. Experience in the fintech or multifinance industry is an advantage.
