Job Description

The Accountant main roles are:

  • Running day-to-day finance & accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other less complex accounts.
  • Reviewing and reconciling account balances of cash and cash equivalent, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, prepayment, and other less complex accounts.
  • Reviewing each payment and receipt transaction is in accordance with common tax and bank rules as well as keeping up with the recent updates.
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams (including group finance team) to ensure financial information is accurate, valid, relevant and timely.
  • Assisting finance manager in managing correspondences with stakeholders.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, especially having experience as an auditor.
  • Eager to learn new skills and experience for career development.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Having brevet A and B.
  • Certified in accounting and tax (other than point number 4) would be beneficial.
  • Proficient in ERP system or accounting system and Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations is essential.
  • Willing to be based in Bandung.
