Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners.
  • Support merchants in improving performance through promo campaigns, branding, and business initiatives.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and pitch relevant programs to merchants.
  • Assist merchants in troubleshooting operational or platform-related issues.
  • Work towards targets in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience as a Relationship Officer, Sales Officer, or Account Manager.
  • Strong interest in the F&B industry.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Passive English proficiency.
