Merchant Incubation – Yogyakarta
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily field visits to restaurant partners to provide guidance and operational support.
- Educate merchants on platform usage and available features to maximize sales.
- Assist merchants in resolving operational issues and implementing platform features.
- Monitor merchant progress and ensure effective feature adoption.
- Maintain accurate visit records and reports using Google Workspace.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 in any field.
- Experience in Account Management, Merchant Support, Customer Success, or related roles.
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Google Docs; data processing and Pivot Tables are a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, target-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
- Own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C.
- Willing to be based in Yogyakarta.
