  • Leading account strategist team by providing leadership and strategic direction, ensuring alignment on client strategies, business priorities, and overall service quality.
  • Responsible for acquiring clients, driving business growth through strategic sales and client acquisition.
  • Managing projects in order to achieve the desired target performance.
  • Identify solutions to client challenges through a comprehensive 360 digital marketing approach planning, ensuring strategies are data-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Enforcing a comprehensive and clear way to communicate with clients and colleagues, thus creating delightful working experience.
  • Responsible for client relationship and retain client satisfaction
  • Represent the agency in strategic meetings, pitches, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and business network.

Requirements:

  • min. 2+ years of experience as Account Strategist / Account Executive, other related position in digital / creative agency or as a Brand Executive in major companies
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or other related majors.
  • Highly passionate in Digital Marketing
  • Experienced in project management and/or sales
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc)
