Maintain a strong relationship with brands and other relevant partners
Oversee all post-locking communication between brand, KOL, and internal teams, ensuring timely, professional, and accurate updates
Manage the complete handover process for every locked deal, ensuring all data, timelines, and deliverables are properly transferred across internal divisions
Maintain organized and accurate operational systems, including trackers, calendars, campaign logs, and group communication formats
Ensure all campaign documentation is complete and up to date, including recaps, EOD summaries, calendars, and brand monitoring sheets
Prepare monthly brand operations reports
Continuously improve internal templates and operational workflows to enhance clarity, efficiency, and overall campaign execution

Requirements
In-depth knowledge and interest in influencer marketing and campaigns
Exceptional attention to detail with high data accuracy standards
A team player with the ability to cultivate positive relationships with brands
Strong organizational and communication skills (oral and written) in English
Comfortable working under fast-paced projects and tight timelines
Proficient with trackers, shared calendars, and basic spreadsheet functions
Experience as a KOL specialist or handling influencer relations is a plus
Available to join immediately and work in a hybrid setting (Jakarta Barat/Pusat/Selatan).
