Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day AR operations and manage AR Team workload
  • Lead sales and selling expense reporting
  • Drive and execute strategic initiatives and one-time projects (returns, new distributor onboarding, improvement projects)
  • Handle customer cases, engage stakeholders (customers, bank, Sales, SCM teams)

Requirements

  • Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong critical thinking
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Solid understanding of invoice processing
  • Tax knowledge for tax mapping and tax implications of transactions
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and ERP systems
