The Opportunity
As Account Receivable Intern, you will be part of the Finance team to streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of the AR function to ensure accurate cash collection from customers.
What You Will Do
- Maintain accurate AR records and documentation.
- Support a high AR reconciliation rate, aiming for 99.9% accuracy, particularly in B2C & B2B collections.
- Prepare and provide daily data for the lead to analyze the AR process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
What We Need:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferably has prior internship experience in Finance.
- Excellent in data processing using ms excel/google spreadsheet able to use formula excellently (if, sumif, vlookup, pivot).
- Understanding of basic accounting principles is helpful for managing accounts and receivables.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in daily reconciliation and ability to handle large transactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams.
- Can join immediately.
