Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily AR operations, including invoicing, payment application, collections, and reconciliation;
  2. Monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue balances;
  3. Maintain strong internal controls over AR processes;
  4. Prepare regular AR Aging reports, DSO analysis, and collection forecasts;
  5. Provide insights and recommendations to management on AR trends, customer payment behaviors, and cash flow optimization;
  6. Support month-end and year-end closing activities;
  7. Partner with sales, operations, and customer service team to resolve billing and payment issues;
  8. Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support AR-related audits.

Qualifications:

  1. Stong knowledge of AR processes, credit management, and financial reporting.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skill.
  3. Strong business acumen with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  4. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
