Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with fundamental knowledge in Accounting and Finance
- Has experience working in Accounting/Finance; experience in Account Payable is a plus
- Experienced working in a corporate environment; startup experience is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with multiple stakeholders
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Having experience in managing a team is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite in West Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Account Payable (AP) operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all transactions, including payments to vendors
- Maintain and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
- Develop and maintain close coordination with generating reports and providing analysis related to AP, including KOL reports
- Monitor team performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to drive productivity and continuous improvement
- Assist in preparing data, reports, and insights required by management and other stakeholders
