Job Description

Key Resposibilities:

  • Manage and process Import & Local (consignment & outright) Merchandise invoices, including shipping expense for Merchandise, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain monthly SOA Merchandise reconciliation for Import and Local Principle
  • Maintain Intercompany transaction.
  • Provide weekly visibility on invoice aging Principle for all Company.
  • Oversee tax calculation related vendor billing Merchandise.
  • Compile and submit monthly data for Balance Sheet Merchandise reporting.
  • Handle other request regarding merchandise transaction (such as closing, audit, tax audit, bank request, etc).
  • Handle high of volume invoices.
  • Handle multiple task at one time.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Build cooperation inside and outside team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in Accounts Payable Merchandise in Accounting Payable for retail company, preferable from Public Accounting Firm.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with NAV and/or Business Central 365 is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
