The Opportunity
As an Account Payable Intern, you will be part of the Finance Team. As an accounts payable intern, you are responsible for accurately processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining detailed records of financial transactions.
What You Will Do
- Check & journal data Petty Cash Club
- Check & journal data Refund
- Filing and scan hardcopy invoices received
- Check & journal data hardcopy invoices
- Input transactions/invoices received on emails to accounting system
- Daily Bank Reconciliation
- Adhoc
Requirements
What We Need
- Basic knowledge in journal entry
- Communication skills
- Time management
- Familiarity with Account Payable flow/process
- Familiarity with Excel formula (Preferred)
