  • Prepare comprehensive credit proposals (new or renewal) including financial analysis, payment structure, risk mitigation, and compliance with Bank policies.
  • Ensure the completeness of loan documentation and coordinate with supporting units (legal, risk, credit review) for timely approval and disbursement.
  • Monitor loan performance, payment behavior, and early warning indicators to ensure portfolio health.
  • Maintain strong relationships with borrowers to support repeat financing opportunities and cross-selling of other Bank products.
  • Collaborate with operations and legal teams to ensure smooth disbursement, agreement signing, and collateral processing.
  • Report on credit pipeline, portfolio updates, and risk alerts to the Branch Manager.
  • Refer funding needs to Account Officer (Funding) when applicable.
  • Escalate unresolved customer needs or issues to contribute to product development and service improvement.
  • Support achievement of branch credit KPIs through regular customer visits and active pipeline management.

  • Brings a strong network of existing or potential borrowers (preferred).
