Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Officer role based in Greater Jakarta. The Account Officer will manage and grow a portfolio of individual and business customers, focusing on lending and funding products such as working capital facilities, investment loans, trade finance, and bank guarantees. Daily activities include assessing customer needs, preparing credit proposals, analyzing financial information, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of applications. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication, resolving inquiries, and providing guidance on banking products and services. The Account Officer will monitor account performance, track repayment behavior, support risk management practices, and contribute to achieving branch sales and service targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong finance and banking knowledge, including familiarity with lending, funding products, trade finance.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and other financial data to support credit decisions.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs, risks, and opportunities.
  • Customer service and relationship management skills to build and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a banking or financial services role, ideally in credit, relationship management, or front-line sales.
  • Attention to detail, high level of integrity, and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Greater Jakarta within a team-oriented, target-driven environment.
