Account Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with strategic e-commerce partners to drive business performance and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute account plans, including sales forecasts, promotional activities, assortment strategies, and business growth initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and key commercial metrics to ensure sustainable business growth.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
• Identify opportunities to improve account performance through pricing strategies, promotional programs, and assortment expansion.
• Support the onboarding and expansion of new business opportunities within e-commerce channels.
• Track and optimize commercial investments to ensure cost-effective and impactful business outcomes.
• Maintain strong operational excellence and contribute to delivering a high-quality customer experience across partner platforms.

Requirement

• sBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field
• .Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Online Business, Key Account Management, Business Development, Modern Trade, or related commercial roles
• .Intermediate to advanced English communication skills
• .Experience working with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or managing online business channels is highly preferred
• .Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and build long-term business relationships
• .Strong commercial mindset with a track record of achieving sales and business growth targets
• .Comfortable analyzing sales data, market trends, inventory performance, and business opportunities
• .Ability to develop and execute initiatives that drive revenue growth, such as promotions, campaigns, and assortment strategies
• .Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• .Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and formulas); Power BI knowledge is a plus
