Job Description

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
  • Stay on top of accounts and customer oriented, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
  • Meet regularly with customers to follow up next project and on going project
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
  • Good skill in sales process and project administrative.
  • Find and approach new potential customer
  • Able to handle administrative for auction or bidding process
  • Working closely with principle to create new opportunities in existing accounts

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimal 2-3 years experience in IT Company
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Fluent in english is a must
