Role Description

The Account Manager role is a full-time on-site position based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily activities include managing client accounts, addressing customer needs and concerns, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions. You will play a pivotal role in supporting business growth while maintaining RPX's high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 2 years of working experience in the Express Courier, Logistics, Trucking, Export/Import Industry is required for this position
• Preferably as Sales Executive of equivalent
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
• Hands-on sales activities, excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Familiar with MS Office
• Knowledge of the express freight forwarding and distribution industry would be and advantage
• Fast learner, well organized, creative
• Target oriented and customer satisfaction
• Have driving license is a must and have own vehicle is preferable
