Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tangerang. This position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing and new clients in the commercial laundry sector, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Daily activities include handling client inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating product demonstrations, and monitoring order and delivery processes. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with the sales, technical, and customer service teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and support after-sales and consulting efforts. The role also involves identifying business opportunities, maintaining accurate client records, and reporting on account performance and market developments.

Qualifications

• Strong account management and customer relationship skills, including client communication and follow-up.
• Sales and business development capabilities, such as opportunity identification, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Organizational and administrative skills, including documentation, reporting, and CRM or similar tools usage.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and service teams to coordinate installations, maintenance, and after-sales support.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, equipment distribution, or laundry/hospitality-related industries is beneficial.
• Comfortable working on-site, visiting client locations, and engaging in field activities as needed.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
