Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Bekasi. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Daily tasks may include conducting client meetings, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to meet customer expectations and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management, account management, and customer service
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify and address customer needs, and propose effective solutions
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology to manage accounts and track progress
• Ability to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the technology industry is an advantage
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a collaborative team environment
