This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Denpasar, Bali, with PT Melvar Prima Solusi.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong business relationships, and driving business growth in the Bali region.

• Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, proposing tailored technology solutions, including connectivity and IT services, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role will also involve developing strategies for client acquisition and retention, managing client contracts, and supporting issue resolution.
