Role Description

The Account Manager role at PT Kalinda Sukses Abadi is a full-time, on-site position located in Tangerang. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet business objectives. Other key responsibilities include managing client accounts, preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and consultative account management.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Proven ability in account management, client retention, and sales strategy implementation.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and preparing comprehensive client reports.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and account management tools is a plus.
  • Experience in client-focused industries or B2B sales is highly desirable.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment in Tangerang, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
