  • Responsible for driving sales by acquiring new customers, developing and maintaining long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Identify sales opportunities within managed accounts, such as contract renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and other potential growth areas.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with the company's products and services.
  • Analyze data to identify customer needs, interests, or potential concerns, and develop effective marketing or sales strategies accordingly.
  • Review customer activity reports to uncover opportunities for sales growth or customer retention.
  • Achieve or exceed the annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to inform them about new products or services that may be of interest.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to establish mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major.
  • Experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP)/Telecommunication/IT Company.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or B2B Sales professional.
  • Strong network and proven experience in prospecting, developing, and managing clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with strong business acumen and customer focus.
  • Willing to be placed at CBN Head Office, Setiabudi, Jakarta.
