Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager. The role is located in Jakarta, Indonesia, but some work from home is acceptable. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients, developing strategies to improve client satisfaction, and managing account operations. Day-to-day tasks include handling client inquiries, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service. The Account Manager will also be expected to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and assist in the onboarding process for new clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client relationship management and account operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and office tools
  • Proven track record in managing multiple client accounts effectively
  • Experience in the technology or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
