Account Manager

Job Specification

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in an IT company
• handling Commercial, Enterprise / Telco Sector
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent manners and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and principals.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager.
• Update and manage the weekly sales forecast via Salesforce.com.
• Be responsible for achieving individual sales targets.
• Prepare and submit quotations for customers.
• Generate sales orders and conduct profit & loss calculations professionally.
