Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients by understanding their business objectives and delivering value-driven solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide relevant IT solutions
Prepare and present proposals, conduct solution presentations, and lead contract negotiations to close mutually beneficial agreements.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (technical, delivery, and support) to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Drive account growth through up-selling and cross-selling of IT services and products based on evolving client needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or other relevant fields.
1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Sales Support, or a similar role — preferably in the IT or Managed Services industry.
Fluent in English
Experience in managing client relationships and delivering customer-focused solutions.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in reporting and documentation
Good negotiation and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging B2B clients
Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized in handling client requests and internal coordination
