Job Description:

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
• Drive sell-in and sell-out performance to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Execute sales and channel marketing programs to increase market share within the assigned territory.
• Build strong partnerships by understanding partner needs, providing business support, and resolving issues effectively.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, manage administrative tasks, and ensure accurate sales data and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, channel merchandisers, and sales promoters to ensure excellent retail execution and target achievement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Account Management, Retail, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Good understanding of the Medan/North Sumatera market, with a passion for sales, marketing, and retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Willing to travel for business trips within and outside the assigned territory.
