• Operational Support: Provide exceptional operational support to Account Managers, assisting them in resolving issues promptly and ensuring a seamless experience for our commercial merchants.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to gather insights into industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Translate this research into actionable recommendations for our clients.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Requirements:
  
  

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Experience in account management, customer support, or a related field in the commercial merchant industry.
• Familiarity with the commercial merchant landscape, including industry players, challenges, and opportunities.
• Experience with Ms Office and Google Workspace is desired.
• A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support to our commercial merchants.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market trends, deriving meaningful insights to drive decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
