Requirements:
- More than 3–5 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably in Forex or CFD brokerage.
- Experience in local or offshore brokerage business development is strongly preferred.
- Able to communicate in Indonesian and English; Chinese (conversational) is a plus.
- Has experience managing sales teams or business units, and able to lead, mentor, and support team performance.
- Possesses active networks of clients/IBs, with proven ability to expand business pipelines.
- Strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape; able to provide suggestions for improvement.
- Able to develop, implement, and follow through on business strategies to meet company targets.
- Excellent people management and communication skills; able to grow and manage a team (recruitment, onboarding, skill training, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities in local and offshore markets to expand the company's client base.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to recommend business improvements.
- Work closely with senior management to formulate sales plans and growth initiatives.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members to strengthen team capability and performance.
- Ensure all sales activities are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversion performance, and account growth through regular reporting.
- Support the team in resolving escalated client issues and maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to management.
