Job Description

Our client is a global leader in automation of engineering with presence in over 60 countries globally. They focus on motion controller products (PLC, Controllers, Invertors, Motors and Gearbox). Currently, they are looking for an Account Manager, Indonesia to cover the sales activities for their customers in Indonesia reporting to Regional HQ in Singapore. This role focus in selling into the OEMs in Indonesia, therefore candidates MUST HAVE experience selling into OEMs and have good OEM network.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

  • Seek and develop business opportunities, build sales pipelines and sales closure to achieve monthly / annual sales targets.
  • Understand customers purchasing making processes & decisions, and meet with decision makers, consultants and contractors.
  • Prepare quotations, make value-added propositions and be able to lead to successful sales conclusion.
  • Update CRM and able to work on SAP.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Diploma or degree from a college of repute
  • Proficient on Motion controller products (PLC, Controllers, Invertors, Motors and Gearbox)
  • 5 to 9 years of sales and account management experience in the relevant industries
  • Sales experience focusing on OEMs is highly REQUIRED
  • Efficient communication skills
  • Good network with Automation OEM, System Integrator and End customer
  • Direct selling experience to Machine Automation OEM and System Integrators
