Your Main Duties In Flying With Us

  • Managing plan execution and coordinating with internal and external team
  • Provide data report and insight for partner expansion
  • Create schedule meeting visit to maintain relationships with Airlines/vendor and partner
  • Work closely with airlines/vendor and partner to create strong partnerhips
  • Make sure all programs and policies are comunicated to other department and also documented properly
  • Proposing program or plan to achieve KPI

Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or related field
  • 45 years of experience in airlines sales, business development, or account management within the travel, e-commerce, or marketplace sectors
  • Proven experience in both partner acquisition and relationship management, ideally in tours, experiences, or transportation
  • Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, Looker, Tableau)
