Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with customers
  • Understand client business goals and identify opportunities for IT solutions
  • Present, propose, and sell IT products and services (e.g., cloud, software, networking, cybersecurity, managed services)
  • Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design and implement solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure
  • Monitor account performance, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations when necessary
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and account plans
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 25+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in IT solutions
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work with technical teams and translate technical concepts into business value
  • Strategic account planning and pipeline management
