Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree 2-4 years of business experience specially cloud technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Have a wide range of fresh ideas for making good corporate proposals.
  • Good Public Speaking and confident in handling presentations.
  • Good self-esteem in meeting customers directly, by phone or email.
  • Fast in working and serving pricing and quotation correctly.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customers, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with the sales team to ensure growth attainment.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
