Job Description
- Expand and manage the sales distribution network for the company's dental digital products in Indonesia, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Oversee and maintain relationships with distributors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of product features, functions, and operations to effectively represent and support the product line.
- Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of KOLs and KOCs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
- Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Experience in the medical, dental, or clinical industry are strongly preferred.
