Account Manager – Cyber Security Solutions

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with assigned customers while driving the sales of cyber security solutions and services. Acting as the key point of contact, you will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet customer security needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales activities for cyber security solutions
  • Engage closely with customers to understand their security posture, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Present tailored cyber security solutions, including risk assessments and value propositions aligned with customer needs.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes: prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Understand customer procurement processes, including tender requirements, especially in enterprise and public sector environments.
  • Monitor project delivery in collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, cyber threats, and emerging security technologies to provide strategic insights to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in selling cyber security solutions, IT security, or related technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security concepts (e.g., network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, threat intelligence).
  • Experience working with Telco, Public Sector, or Enterprise accounts (Banking preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is an advantage.
  • Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
