Job Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of BTL campaigns, including activations, events, roadshows,and exhibitions.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Communicate and coordinate with vendors, Event Organizers (EOs), suppliers, and third-party partners to ensure project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and work plans, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and provide timely solutions.
  • Prepare project proposals, quotations, reports, and presentations for clients.
  • Ensure high standards of execution and client satisfaction.
  • Support business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts.


Requirement

  • sBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Management, or a related field
  • .Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, Event Management, Activation, or BTL Marketing, preferably within an agency environment
  • .Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • .Proven experience managing BTL campaigns, events, activations, roadshows, exhibitions, or trade marketing programs
  • .Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • .Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • .Strong budgeting and cost management skills
  • .Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • .Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
