Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage end-to-end execution of BTL campaigns, including activations, events, roadshows,and exhibitions.
Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable project plans.
Communicate and coordinate with vendors, Event Organizers (EOs), suppliers, and third-party partners to ensure project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and work plans, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and provide timely solutions.
Prepare project proposals, quotations, reports, and presentations for clients.
Ensure high standards of execution and client satisfaction.
Support business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirement
sBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Management, or a related field
.Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, Event Management, Activation, or BTL Marketing, preferably within an agency environment
