Client & Project Management
- Manage and monitor the progress and delivery of advertising projects.
- Own daily account handling and escalate when appropriate.
- Produce timely Contact Reports and keep project trackers (timelines, costs, deliverables) updated.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams throughout development, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and issue resolution.
Creative Deliverables Related
- Brief creative teams clearly and inspire strong output.
- Ensure creative work meets the brief, is legally compliant, timeline and up to agency standards.
- Present ideas and sell-in concepts to clients with confidence.
- Review all materials before presenting to ensure quality, clarity, and strategic alignment.
Strategy Related :
- Understand client business, category, and marketing strategy.
- Align creative and media efforts with client objectives and market insights.
People :
- Foster positive relationships with cross-functional teams
- Promote a collaborative, communicative and solution-driven working culture
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication or Management.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years in account management, client servicing, or social media management, with at least 1 year as an Account Manager in the advertising industry.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale brand campaigns across ATL, digital, media, and experiential channels.
- Background in the advertising, communication, or marketing industry.
Technical Skills:
- Account and project management
