Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue opportunities to maximize client value and revenue proactively
- Develop and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Understand client objectives, challenges, and industry trends, and align company solutions to help achieve their goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion
- Prepare and deliver account performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews for clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and payment industry developments to provide insights and strategic recommendations to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 23 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, up-selling, cross-selling, or related roles
- Strong understanding of payment systems and financial solutions across different industries
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office Workplace (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
