Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion
Prepare and deliver account performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews for clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and payment industry developments to provide insights and strategic recommendations to clients
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 23 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, up-selling, cross-selling, or related roles
Strong understanding of payment systems and financial solutions across different industries
Proficiency in CRM tools
Skilled in using Microsoft Office Workplace (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
