About the Role:


The Account Management Operations Intern will support the day-to-day operational and implementation activities related to client accounts. This role works closely with Account Management, Product, and QA teams to ensure smooth account setup, configuration, onboarding, and ongoing operational support. The role is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with digital platforms, and eager to learn how SaaS products are implemented and managed for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up, configuring, and testing Kinobi products prior to deployment.
  • Support basic troubleshooting for account setup, implementation, and configuration issues; escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Maintain implementation and account management checklists, update client and internal records, and prepare progress reports.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, QA, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth account implementation and alignment with client needs.
  • Support account creation, platform configuration, and feature setup for new users.
  • Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria related to account and implementation processes.
  • Support UI/UX-related reviews to ensure account configurations align with user flows and usability standards.
  • Help prepare onboarding materials, documentation, and knowledge transfer videos for clients.
  • Attend internal and client meetings to gather requirements and align on account and implementation strategies.
  • Track project and account progress and ensure timely task completion and updates.

Qualifications:


  • Fresh graduate or minimum already completed thesis defense and awaiting graduation.
  • Preferred majors: Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Able to communicate in English (spoken and written) for professional work.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products, account management processes, or system implementation.
  • Understanding of basic UI and UX concepts.
  • Able to operate basic Microsoft or Google tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:


  • Has experience or exposure to academic labs, research projects, or applied technical projects (e.g. system implementation, ERP, or software-related projects) is a plus.
  • Interest in learning and using platform configuration and SaaS tools such as ClickUp, JIRA, or other similar tools.
  • Interest in QA-related activities, including testing, validation, and basic checking.
  • Basic analytical skills with good attention to detail.

Additional Information:


  • This role supports global clients, therefore English will be used in daily communication.
  • All interviews and official communication will be conducted in English.
