Education & Training: Provide comprehensive guidance to restaurant partners on how to utilize our app and platform features to maximize sales through on-site visits.
Operational Support: Conduct daily merchant visits and provide hands-on support to resolve operational issues faced by restaurant partners.
Problem-Solving: Ensure effective implementation of platform solutions and address partner challenges during field visits.
Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma degree (D3) in any major.
Proven experience in Account Management or a related field.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.), specifically in data entry and filtering. Proficiency in formulas, Pivot Tables, and data processing is a strong plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Confident, communicative, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
Proactive, goal-driven, and highly initiative-taking; actively looks for ways to improve and optimize existing processes rather than just waiting for instructions.
Must own a personal vehicle (motorcycle) and possess a valid SIM C license.
