What Will You Do:

As an Account Management Intern, you will assist the Account Management team in administration. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in client communication and problem-solving while supporting various account-related tasks. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn about the fundamentals of account management within Shipper and contribute to its success.

  • Assist in communicating with clients via email, phone calls, and meetings.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Collaborate with team members to address client needs and concerns effectively.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services/products to clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the Account Management team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining documentation.

What Are The Requirement:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Adm inistration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
