Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support revenue growth by assisting in achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients/merchants through regular engagement and support.
  • Assist in upselling and cross-selling efforts to drive additional sales from current clients.
  • Support communication and coordination of product usage for assigned merchants.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and assess potential business opportunities.
  • Conduct basic market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on merchant transactions in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Bahasa and English.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Good stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of online payments or B2B Fintech is a plus.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
