We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our commercial activities, partner management, and sales execution. This role will work closely under the supervision of the Relationship Manager (RM) to ensure smooth coordination with partners and achievement of sales targets.

Job Description

Provide commercial and administrative support to the Relationship Manager (RM).
Execute sales strategies and assist in achieving revenue targets.
Manage and activate partnerships to optimize performance and bookings.
Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor partner performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities for upselling.
Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, contracts, and payments.
Support promotional campaigns and partner marketing activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, hospitality, or travel industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience in CRM tools is advantageous.
